We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we’ve created a simple, fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order within this period, you will receive a full refund with no deductions. Please note that we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped out, as it will have entered the delivery process.
We happily accept returns of products that do not meet your needs. As our valued customer, you have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in the same condition as you received it (no signs of wear, stains, or damage)
• In the original packaging (tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact)
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is acceptable)

Important: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes return shipping). We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products—consistent with our commitment to no hidden fees and affordable fashion.
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
